The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Brussels office will welcome a group of six journalists – three from Albania, three from North Macedonia. The delegation will come to Brussels just two week ahead of the European Council summit at the end of March, where the heads of states and governments of EU member states might decide to open accession negotiations with the two Balkan countries. The journalists will get an insight into the workings of the EU institutions, the discussions on EU enlargement and an exchange with fellow journalists. This way, the FES wants to strengthen nuanced reporting on European issues in the region supports networking opportunities for our partners.
